Block, cube, six-sided die.
Okay, I've finally finished this Cube of Alara. It was a struggle to get the right balance between creatures and spells because the Alara block (and perhaps all blocks) is so creature-heavy. Anyway, this ought to be fun. The other way to go about it is to just use one of each card from the entire block and take out the cheesey cards.
In this case, I wanted to end up with 540 cards with some amount of rarity. So, there are only one of each rare and mythic and two of each uncommon and common. I tried to balance not only the colors, but the shard weight too. Jund comes out the lightest, but with all the red burn spells, I think a good Jund deck can make up for itself.
Capitalists made all these cards. Communists assemble the funnest way to play.
