pretty conventional list.
Cabal Ritual: does a lot of nothing early in the game, not worth playing without Yawgmoth's Will imo
Ghastly Demise: should be a Doom Blade
Lat-Nam's Legacy: good idea, if my U wouldn't be that foll, I'd give it a try
Wipe Away->Repulse?
Spawnwrithe: just no. if you want a "funny" card, try Manaplasm
Pulse of the Tangle: pretty bad token card. have you considered Centauren Glade
Stunted Growth: having a playset of this card lying around somewhere. what was your experience with it?
white looks really good, I am just missing a Land Tax, if you can find a place for it

you have some strange choices in your multicolor section: maybe you want to take a look at my gold cards:

//edit: if you are not happy with Arc Slogger: incest 1 xtra mana into a Flameblast Dragon. this card is so sick!

It's been fine. When we were testing the (still incomplete) list, I saw a control deck scooping it up for a fourth turn Growth.

And now to the other topics at hand.

Any idea what I should put on Cabal Ritual's place, or better yet which card should I replace with Yawgmoth's Win?
I agree on Doom Blade, I've actually bought one already, but it hasn't came in yet.

Wipe Away stays for now, I like the card.

Spawnrithe isn't a hardest thing to cast on turn two and it's splashable. The best part of it is that it generates virtual card advantage by copying itself all over again, it just needs to hit the dome once, battlefield will be filled with 2/2 trampling dorks soon enough. I'll keep an eye on it though.
I haven't considered Centaur Glade, as I've been searching a slot for Berserk. Now I just need to get one and replace Pulse of the Tangle with it.

Exactly which multicolor cards seem strange to you?

Yawgmoth's Agenda would be a very cheap black card that lets you reuse stuff from your graveyard.
Might of Old Krosa could be your budget version of Berserk, at least on the attack.
Coiling Oracle: you don't want to spend 1 of your 5 slots for a 1/1 cantrip, that you might not even cast on t2
Pride of the Clouds/Augury Adept: this cards never stood their initial hype
Aven Mimeomancer: was something of a quickfix in my cube, because our players complained about Wall of Negation
Lim-Dul's Vault/Spite/Malice: maybe I would play this cards in a highlander, but UB is one of the combinations with the best cube cards
Mystic Enforcer: pretty bad without threshold
Oversoul of Dusk/Divinity of Pride: somehow I dislike those HHHHH creatures, because tey wil never see play in a 3+c deck
Army Ants: a card that I haven't seen in any other cube before, but nothing that I would play over a Wrecking Ball (if you think you need more ld)

We had a first run with this pile and in conclusion, following changes were made(mostly due some of these cards arrived later);
Karoo-lands -> Filters
Nantuko Monastery -> Gargoyle Castle
Sculpting Steel -> Obelisk of Alara
Ghastly Demise -> Doom Blade
Cabal Ritual -> Necromancy
Pulse of the Tangle -> Wickerbough Elder
Arc-Slogger -> Flameblast Dragon
Knight-Captain of Eos -> Mirror Entity
Coiling Oracle -> Vedalken Heretic
Pride of the Clouds -> Grand Arbiter Augustin IV
Spite // Malice -> Agony Warp
Oversoul of Dusk -> Nantuko Monastery
Army Ants -> Wrecking Ball
I dunno what to do with Divinity of Pride, maybe I'll just keep it in and see if anyone plays it.

I made one of these too; http://magic-decks.de/deck-2180-96d881e ... b6-en.html
I didn't actually realize the pile would cost so much, but I guess it's with store prices.

I am not to confident in Vedalken Heretic, yet, but if it can swing with a equipment or something, it is pretty swingy.
some of the cards are extremely overpriced, like Skullclamp for 3,50€ ~5$, but this is the amount you have to pay, when you buy those cards by the sponsor of the tool.

change the unit of that price list from pounds (or is it euros) to dollars and shave a couple of each entry and its sort of accurate.

A few changes, including Zen;

Manlands -> Zen-fetches : Well obv, now there's more than one for each player.
Flagstones of Trokair -> Emeria, the Sky Ruin : Flagstones didn't seem to be Cubeworthy, even tho Emeria requires a white heavy deck.
Barbarian Ring -> Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle : Not so random than the Ring.
Silent Specter -> Bloodghast : People have been asking for aggro improvements.
Desolation Angel -> Ob Nixilis, the Fallen : I'd imagine it to be moar borken than the Angel.
Stupor -> Dark Confidant : The same as Bloodghast.
Serum Vision -> Kira, Great Glass-Spinner : Just some critter protection, improves aggro to a degree.
Lat-Nam's Legacy -> Mana Drain : For control lovers. <3
Reclaim -> Treetop Village : It's the only monocolor manland worth keeping.
Gorilla Shaman -> Goblin Welder : Improves Stax tier.
Samurai of the Pale Curtain -> Kor Skyfisher : An aggro thingie again, I may be changing it soon tho.
Akroma, Angel of Wrath -> World Queller : No one havent played Akroma, ever.
Vedalken Heretic -> Voidslime : The third best thing? I've changed this slot for like five times already.
Armillary Sphere -> Gilded Lotus : Improves Stax and some others.
Seething Song -> Burning of Xinye : Hell yea!
Kinght of Meadowgrain -> Knight of the White Orchid : Just a mini-Land Tax.

Manlands -> Zen-fetches
manlands r good, don't cut them, just add the fetches on top.

Barbarian Ring -> Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle
must be red heavy, could work, report back plz.

Akroma, Angel of Wrath -> World Queller
wrong. akroma is the nuts and, well, the queller isn't.

Vedalken Heretic -> Voidslime
Voidslime is great, should be in.
