Hi,
I have also added or are in the process of adding very similar cards into my cube as well. Instead of Rain of Tears, you could also consider Choking Sands.

I have some comments regarding your removals:
- Beacon of Unrest to me is still a reusable reanimation spell.. reusability is always good
- Death cloud is a personal favourite of mine.
- Laquatus is a burn spell when you're opponent is at 6 mana.
- Thoughtseize is never a bad play on the early turns
- Visara - even if you don't use the destroy ability it's still one of black's best big creatures
- Kira - I always used this to protect my aggro creatures or my best creatures.. never failed me when I playted it
- Palinchron - I'm on the fence with this as well, but it's still in my cube
- Spike Feeder - this came out of my cube recently too
- Karmic Guide - at worse this is a reanimate spell, and it can be abused with revellark
- Fulminator mage - you seem to have a land-D thing going on with this update, but why take this out??

Finally, noticed that you took out many multi-colour cards. any reason for that??

Hello Nightwing!
-Beacon of Unrest has always been really slow and I think I have enough aggressively costed reanimation cards to warrant it's exclusion.
-Death Cloud has also been a favorite of mine, but my play group NEVER picks it up.
-Laquatus has been very terrible for 6 mana it seems and I wanted to try an aggressive approach to black.
-Thoughtseize rarely ever made my deck, along with other 1 time discard spells. So I removed them all and kept in the reusable ones.
-Visara has BBB in it's casting cost. That alone has made it VERY difficult to play.
-Kira has never really lived up to much in our group. It was an experiment that just didn't pull through much.
-Palinchron was very lack luster and I think Sphinx of Jwar Isle is probably better.
-Spike Feeder got changed to Spike Weaver. Damage on the stack changes really nerfed this guy and Ravenous Baloth.
-Karmic Guide has never really shined. I put it in for its abusiveness with Reveillark, but nothing ever really came together.
-Fulminator Mage was another card that got really nerfed from the M10 changes and I think I would rather just have Rain of Tears in there.

The reason why I took out a bunch of multi colored cards was just because they weren't being played. I don't mind my sections not being totally equal (14 GW cards, but only 7 BG cards), but I don't want to keep cards in the cube when they're never drafted or played with. Also, I thought the multicolored section was a bit overcrowded and needed to be shaved down just a bit.

GIANT update! Redid the entire multicolored section. I want to put more powerful mono colored options in the Cube and moved some of the "multi" cards (like Desolation Angel / Thornscape Battlemage / Wild Nacatl / etc.) back to their mono colored slots.
